Required documents for business visa to Kazakhstan:
For multiple visas for a year limit you should submit your invitation letter from the company. In addition, it is obligatory to provide a cover letter with the visit’s purpose from applicant’s company.

Visas for children under the age of 16, and Japan passport holders for any stay duration are free.
