Railway tourism is to be developed in Samara region

Russian Railways and Federal Agency for Tourism of Russian Federation are planning to make Samara the capital of railway tourism in Russia. The main purpose is to develop tourism for children, i.e. organize special educational and cultural tours. Considering the size of the country the train is one of the best way to explore Russia. It is possible to get from Samara to other cities making excursions throughout the journey.
