Izmailovsky Park
Izmailovo Park is one of the largest parks in Moscow, at more than 300 hectares. The area was once located on the estate of Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich, and was established as a culture and recreation park in 1931. The many attractions include the Round Pond with the man-made island, a memorial area, a Ferris wheel, sports and playgrounds, shooting galleries, cinemas, a skate park, Wi-Fi, and cosy cafes. Various festivals, concerts, theatrical performance, exhibitions, folk festivals, dance parties, and fireworks displays come to the park. Entrance to the park and all programs is free – so have fun!
